If your complaint is in relation to cleaning or the standard of the property, we will require supporting photographs relating to the complaint. This is due to each of our housekeeper's having to submit a signed declaration with photographic evidence after each completed changeover. A copy of this can be requested where applicable.
Once the form has been submitted we aim to fully resolve your complaint within 7-10 working days.
